Rachel and Phil married each other on the hilltop at Cielo Farms in Malibu. It. was. a. time. I love it when a bride rocks a classy ceremony look only to twerk in her hot pink sequins later on the dance floor. That’s my kind of girl.
The wedding party got ready across the road at Calamigos Ranch before shuttling up the hill to Cielo. This venue sits atop a winery with the most stunning views of the Malibu hills. The ceremony space sits beneath a tree overlooking stunning rolling green hills. The venue features a fully outdoor setting, with the reception taking place on the grass next to the ceremony site.
I met Rachel and Phil at their engagement session and immediately had the best time with them. They are some of the most cool, down to earth people you’ll meet. They both work in marketing and have a strong sense of style so I knew their wedding would be blessed by their personal touch. Pops of orange, hot pink and dusty rose painted their Ceilo Farms wedding via florals, signage and fixtures. Everyone was a vibe, bringing the energy on the dance floor late into the night. Drinks were flowing, tears were shed and the late night snack cart was properly raided by the time I left for the night.
It’s the biggest blessing to work with people like Rachel and Phil. By the end of our time working together they really felt like old family/friends. I love love love you guys and can’t wait to see you again for the next life celebration! Cheers to you!
