Casino San Clemente Wedding

Casino San Clemente

See more of my work here.

What an unforgettable party we had at this Casino San Clemente wedding. It’s not as often as you’d think that I get to work with people who are so connected, happy, excited and in love as Lauren and Zach felt on this day.

The sun was shining and vibes were high. A Casino San Clemente wedding always ends up being a favorite for me. The venue is perfectly intimate making for a smooth day, but offers a variety of spaces to decorate and utilize.

The brides energy was calm and best described as just happy. She got ready at a beach Airbnb overlooking the pacific. She met her husband to be at the steps (where you first enter setting the scene for a Casino San Clemente wedding). He quite literally couldn’t believe his eyes, tearing up and smiling ear to ear. Zach was so genuinely in awe of his bride it emanated off of him. He couldn’t take his eyes off of her from then on out.

Ceremony.

They met their bridal party with whoops and cheers in a sea of colorful bridesmaid dresses full of mixed patterns and bright summer colors. They posed for wedding photos with family and friends before making their way down the isle for the ceremony.

Both the bride and groom’s vows were tearful and heartfelt. Guests migrated to a cocktail party immediately following the ceremony while the bride and groom took a few moments alone. We strolled down to the beach soaking up the sunset. (Another reason I love a Casino San Clemente Wedding, you can walk to the beach for sunset photos – epic.) Their energy radiated off of them as we walked. You could really feel how special this day was for them and how happy they were just to be alone together taking it all in.

Reception

When we arrived back to the casino, they walked into their reception area and geeked out over their design come to life. The team absolutely smashed it. Long tables were splashed in vivid pink and orange florals. Bougainvillea hung from the ceiling of the sun soaked room that would soon be lit by tapered candles.

The bride and groom snuggled up during dinner while their loved ones gushed over them in speeches, and the danced the night away floating in and out of the courtyard for donuts and champagne.

Thankful.

It rare, and you had to be there. Zach and Lauren thank you so much for allowing me to document this for you. It’s a wedding I’ll always hold close!
